I really enjoyed all of the twists from the standard tropes that were presented in this book. It was presented in a way that was believable for an alpha to be sexually submissive without making him weak or a poor leader.

Teague's actions will certainly have consequences in the faerie queen's ambitions for war, but she seems to think that her people are the only ones who might have taken advantage of the peace to regroup and become stronger. I can't wait to see what happens in future books.

I loved the premise of this book. I am always a fan of books that put the dominate Alpha as the submissive in the bedroom. I really love the whole role reversal aspect. I loved both Garrick and Faolan as the two MCs. I thought they fed off each other well. I liked the side characters. I can see the author writing about some of them in the future.

This story did leave me wanting more. I wanted to read more about the Outworld of the Fae. I wanted to read more about the war between the Fae and the shifters. I wanted to read more about Garrick's interaction with his pack members outside of challenges. I really hope the author focuses the next book on Garrick and Faolan intertwining their lives and navigating pack dynamics before moving on to a new couple. Also, it was a bit predictable. There were some things that I saw happening a mile away.

Overall, it was a really good book and I highly recommend it if you liked to read about the Fae and shifters along with a side of BDSM.

Liked it. Different. likable characters. Not icky like some of this genre is.
This is a really good book with a new take on paranormal in the world. There is some kink, fated mates and pack politics to add intriguing to the story. There were some lose ends left. Possibly a second story to come? However, we were given a HEA for the main characters, so if it ends here, it is not a disappointment.
A very enjoyable little story. The resolution of the main conflicts felt a little rushed and forced, and the ending was abrupt, but it was still very good. All of the characters are interesting and well-defined; I liked the dichotomy of the big alpha wolf being the sub, and the delicate-looking faerie the dom. I don’t see that juxtaposition very often, and it was dobe very well. The sex scenes were sexy, and the romance elements were very sweet. I'm excited to see where this series goes.
I like this book. It w as interesting and had a good plot. The male characters did not turn in to teenage girls have way through which happens some time with male/male romances. I like that the characters didn't keep with the normal BDSM stereotypes.I enjoyed the sub being an Alpha. The problem was it was short. There are no other books in the series. I hate that. I would like to read more about these characters.
